This venue had lovely decorations and was peaceful, located in a charming Thai-style building; we stayed for one night and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Efficient staff, GREAT views of the ocean, everything is very good. The rooms are well furnished and fancy and generally offer an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and an air conditioning. It's the particularly good location, close to the beach.

the hotel was fairly clean, facilities where good, favourable location close to pattaya or jomtien beach, and an already first class establishment. the room was huge and tidy with a shower, hairdryers, and bath robes in the separate bathroom.

Beautiful new hotel, we stayed in Pattaya because we were travelling on to Koh samet but wanted to avoid the sleezy side of the city - this hotel is on a nice and quite part of the beach with extremley clean and tastefully decorated. Swimming pools are lovely and relaxing and has direct access to the beach. We ate in the hotel restaurant on the first night and we were very satisfied. Lots of taxis from the hotel available to take you to the centre of town or other areas very cheap. I would absolutley stay here again if I return to pattaya. Excellent value for money...

Buffet breakfast was ok and had a good variety but the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was not air conditioned and a lot of the food was left un-covered so attracted a lot of flys! Wifi only available in the hotel lobby.

The Heritage Pattaya Beach Resort-Sha is located in a beautiful building near transportation, restaurants, and Phra Tam Nak 5 road. the units are spacious with a good-sized balcony and a large bath.

The Hotel has a great pool. If you are in for a pure relaxtion holiday, laying by the pool and taking it easy then I can recommend this. The beach is also just behind the hotel but not that great to swim in. You can also get a Thai massage by the pool. The rooms are large and comfortable, the beds nice and firm. The hotel is new ( I think less then a year). If you can afford it stay in the lagoon rooms as you can swim out into the pool from your verandah. I would stay again at this resort. Excellent value for money.

The WiFi is not available in the rooms. It is only available in the reception foyer which meant spending time in the foyer downloading emails. I did not meet any staff that knew English well so commuication can be an issue if you have a complaint or need something done out of the ordinary. Shower drain was blocked on the first night we go their, but they were able to fix it quickly. Also, although we arrived at 2pm our room was not ready so we had to wait an hour.

Very spacious rooms but a few teething troubles during the soft opening....leaking shower door etc but otherwise very good however only stayed 1 night which is probably enough for anyone in Pattaya anyway!!

At the reception counter management was quite poor. Please check your bill carefully! Hotel is new and beautiful and still clean, but the cleaning of rooms and corridors of buildings wasn't at the level of 4 star. If no progress in management and housekeeping soon after 2 years it will be a place to avoid. Unstable internet connection in rooms.
